Gandalf
Gandalf: GSD or Swiss Shepherd cross breed.
At 15 months old , Gandalf is looking for a large dog experienced and active owner.
He is boisterous with people but well behaved and listens to basic instructions when given. He has had some training from a behaviourist.
He responds well to food reward based exercises.
Gandalf is kept on a lead on walks due to his uncertainties around other dogs. He barks in response to their bark but given distance he is fine.
He walks well on the lead but does like to be in front of people but will be corrected.
He enjoys playing in water and is generally good out on walks.
He barks at cars, this is difficult to manage at present as he lives on a busy main road.
Gandalf likes his food and is on a dry food diet.
He is very good with the children he knows and listens to their commands.
We do not know what Gandalf is like with other dogs around the home. Ideally he would be suited as an only dog.
Consideration would be given to an experienced handler of multiple dogs.
