Albie is a 4 year old Greyhound with a sweet and gentle nature.  He was used for racing but now he just loves to sleep and go for walks.  A comfy bed is his favourite place. Albie cannot be let of the lead unless he is in a secure area as he can run really fast!  He is not cat or small-furry friendly.  He doesn’t need a huge garden but would like some outside space, if possible.  He has been living with a foster carer in a house so has become used to lots of new sights and sounds.  Albie is great with other dogs and with people but his tail can be a bit whippy, so very small children need to be careful to dodge it!   Sighthound savvy home preferred, but he is so easy going he would suit a first-time Greyhound owner.  Could you be his new furever home?

 

Adoptions are subject to a home check and an adoption donation is £180.    

All animals go out on a home trial basis to begin with to ensure the transition goes smoothly.

Albie has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, flea/tick and worm treated.

Albie has one month’s free PetPlan insurance.
